ETT AM2 Client Update
ETT is carefully monitoring and assessing coronavirus (COVID-19) on behalf of its staff and customers. We are following and adhering to current Government advice about Coronavirus (COVID-19). Supplementary guidance and advice on the matter received from NET is also being adhered to in respect of AM2 assessments.
At the present time, we believe that steps have been taken by us to ensure continuity of service for AM2 Assessments.
Steps taken by us include:
• Self-screening text message to AM2 candidates
• Arrival screening of AM2 candidates by AM2 Centre staff
• Hand sanitising at external and internal entry & exit points
• Regular sanitising of hand-tools, equipment and contact surface points
Disruption to assessments.
At the present time, we expect to maintain our customer service commitments. However, circumstances beyond our control may bring about a forced suspension of scheduled assessments or a forced closure by evacuation.
If a disruption event occurs, we will contact college representatives, the candidate, the employer and NET with notice of how we intend to proceed.
When the centre re-opens, we will provide a priority rebooking service for those who have been affected by the period of disruption.
Our priority remains the safety of our staff and the AM2 candidates. We will do our best to minimise the risk of disruption.
Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
